As per existing Trust deed. Activity is now focussed on providing grants to run the Bethany Orphanage in Tanzania for the welfare of children who were once either orphaned, abandoned or abused and providing education where possible.

The trustees of Upton Magna Memorial Hall operate the facility for the hire & use by the local rural community.

We are the UK HQ of the Free Methodist Church with 25 Churches in GB, 5 in NI, 3 affiliates in England,1 in Eire. We are a Community Centre in the village of Elton, Cheshire, providing local and surrounding areas with a dance hall, stage and surrounding rooms for private parties, dance school, keep fit activities and other social gatherings, all supported by volunteers.

The Village Hall has 2 halls with modern facilities available to rent for events. activities include WI, Keep fit, Flower Club, Scottish Dancing, Mini Athletics, Hartbeeps, Tiny Talk, Yoga, Box n Burn, U3A .
