WE PROVIDE LIFELONG LEARNING AND SUPPORT FOR MORE THAN 100 PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES, AUTISM, PHYSICAL DISABILITIES AND MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGES.IN OUR SKILLS TRAINING CENTRE WE PROVIDE ACCREDITED LEARNING AND INFORMAL LEARNING ACTIVITIES DAY CARE SUPPORT. IN OUR RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES, BRACKENLEY AND BRIARDENE, WE SUPPORT 26 PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES.

Guts UK is the national charity for the digestive system. We provide support and information via our Helpline and publications. We raise awareness and understanding including campaigns to recognise the impact of digestive conditions, for better care and treatment. We fund innovative research to find the breakthroughs that will change how we understand, diagnose, and treat digestive conditions.

The advancement of health for the public benefit by maintaining a Hospice and services for the relief of pain, the treatment of symptoms and the spiritual welfare of those requiring palliative care.

Provision of a daily drop-in for people experiencing homelessness in north Wiltshire offering hot meals, showers, laundry, clothes, a postal address, access to a phone & the internet. Referrals are made to housing, health, addiction, domestic abuse & benefits agencies. Activities include football, music, art, men's & women's groups, an allotment groups and courses to build confidence & skills.

Steps2Recovery aims to improve the lives of people in the criminal justice system affected by alcohol or drug dependency, providing high quality, abstinence-based treatment options and housing, health and family support. PALS is a water fitness group. We run four aqua aerobics sessions per week as well as social events and outings. Our sessions are run by qualified aqua aerobics teachers and fully attended by qualified lifeguard. Members come from as far away as Taunton and Dulverton. If you are in any doubt about your fitness, please consult your GP, but be assured that we do accept GP and hospital referrals.

Cardiff Foodbank aims to provide a supply of basic food to help clients through short term crisis situations caused by ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage and who are living in the City of Cardiff and its environs.The organisation collects, stores and distributes food to clients who are assessed to be in need by front line professional agencies in the city.

Emmanuel Group of Churches as three ecumenical Christian congregations engages in a wide variety of activites including worship and prayer, youth & community work incl. funded part-time youth worker and care worker, using our premises to host community groups e.g. weight watchers and an NHS health group, asian men's and asian women's groups, family tots and a number of other churches.(see report)

The charity primarily operates leisure centres for community use within Northampton. This involves the full range of leisure and health activities normall associated with these types of facilities. Street Pastors patrol the streets in Chesterfield Town centre on Saturday nights and seek to help vulnerable people reach home, help injured people access hospitals, care for and listen to those in need and assist the police as and when needed. Volunteers are well trained and always work in a team of three or four.

Our work is in the south of Albania offering help and encouragement in practical ways. We work with the poor and marginalised, the hungry, children with additional needs and those with minimal opportunities and limited access to healthcare and education.

Ealing Cricket Club is a cricket club with the objectives of providing community participation in healthy recreation by providing facilities for playing of cricket and other sports and to advance the education of children and young people. The club is currently solely focussed on cricket and we currently have 12 senior sides and in excess of 600 Junior players.
