Examination of all planning applications for the area of Welwyn and make representations to the Welwyn Hatfield District Council if it is thought that they are unsuitable on the grounds of building, density, appearance, siting, safety etc. Making proposals to the parish council for improvements to the environment, public facilities etc which would benefit residents.
