TeesDance advances health and wellbeing through inclusive, care-centred dance across the Tees Valley, focusing on those with the fewest opportunities. We run community programmes, workshops and progression routes for children, young people, families, disabled adults and over-60s, delivered in accessible local venues with trained freelance artists.
