Improves access to quality education for the poorest and most vulnerable slum children, by building school facilities and providing free education, nutrition programmes, welfare and healthcare support, and income-generating activities for parents, all in line with Christian principles. The work currently focusses on the Child of Hope School in Mbale, Uganda.

The Circuit seeks to strengthen and develop the spiritual life of its churches and the communities to which they belong through worship, mission, safeguarding, local ecumenical partnerships, grants to community and ecumenical projects and expending resources on circuit staff and property and educational and training purposes.
