Hope GB is a voluntary support group which provides practical help and encouragement for people affected by autism, in Torfaen. We provide access to information and guidance on a range of issues. Hope GB has a passion for promoting an awareness of the reality of life with autism. We place emphasis on assisting the families and carers of people with autism, in the ways that are right for them.

We are a community tennis club, accessible to all. We enable local children to learn to play tennis. We encourage the uptake of fitness and sporting endeavour amongst all age groups. We run social tennis events and also tournaments. We have regular coaching sessions on the courts.

Our small charity was set up in memory of Thomas Marshall who died before he could take up his university place. Close to Oxford City centre, the South Oxford Adventure Playground (SOAP) provides a well equipped, free, open access play area for all children. Supervised by playworkers, it's open at Easter, summer holidays & half-terms, & after school in the summer. Children aged 7 upwards can register to visit without a parent/carer. Approx 400 children register per year, and about 7,000 child visits occur.
