The activities of the company are farming and the renting out of property comprising the estate in order to generate income to maintain, preserve, restore, improve and develop those parts of the Belsay Estate in Northumberland which are of historical or architectural interest or of natural beauty, whether on their own or as a setting for Belsay Castle and Belsay Hall.

As a Church, we do hold sermon and Bible Academy class every week. We also run Bible seminar three to four times annual to preach people who are non-believers. The members of our church therefore gather almost every evening to study the Bible to get to know God closely and help people on that subject as well as volunteer work.

M.A.L.S. Merseyside provide a through the gate mentoring service to offenders on release from custody. We deliver a Life change programme to offenders so as to break down any barriers that are preventing them from moving on and put their criminal life styles behind them. The support of rowing at St Edmund Hall Boat Club by providing advice, funding, equipment and coaching. We encourage rowing and give financial support to rowers training for competitive events by subsidising training camps, paying for coaching and ancillary expenses, such as travel costs; we also purchase rowing equipment for use by the boat club which is leased to it for a notional annual rent.

We are a parent/teacher association raising funds to provide educational and recreational enrichment to the pupils and families associated with our school, from donation to various school clubs, school equipment and events for the children.

Our activities include fundraising for the bursary scheme we offer to women studying or aiming to study in non-traditional areas for women. Bursaries are granted across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire. We also deliver outreach and support to organisations helping to promote STEM subjects and careers to girls and women in South yorkshire

We are a user led community music group that provides music sessions in purpose built studios for beginners to ex professional musicians who have suffered mental health problems, addictions or disabilities.
