The Furzedown Project is an activities day centre for older people living in South West London. The Project is a community of warm, friendly over sixties who want to meet new people, keep active and learn new skills. Transport from various parts of the Borough is provided by Dudley MBC

We actively support members of the Military Provost Staff Corps (MPSC) Association who are serving in the Adjutant General's Corps (Military Provost Staff) (MPS), and Veterans of the MPSC and AGC(MPS) with grants for benevolence, sports and adventurous training activities. We stay in contact with our Association's Veterans and widows and produce one Regimental magazine per year.

To meet its objectives the charity continued to make maintenance grants to the Lubavitch Junior Boys School.

The Trustees mainly supported projects that relieved some of the effects of poverty in Third World countries, particularly Africa, which had low overheads and where physical checks were being carried out by trustworthy people.

The HI seeks to offer diversionary activities to challenge this behaviour.
