The objects of the CIO are:1. To preserve and maintain for the public benefit the Scheduled Ancient Monument known as Langham Dome at Cockthorpe Road, Langham, Norfolk.2. To advance the education of the public in the history of Langham Dome and the R.A.F Airfield at Langham.

The Church undertake the following activities weekly worship services, small midweek groups, Evangelistic meetings, toddler groups, youth groups for the local young people and monthly prayer meetings. Local fundraising events (community involvement)Volunteers help to run a community craft tea room, which is currently closed due to the pandemic. In October 2020 we opened a community food club to help local people who were struggling for food. The food club is based in the craft tea room. We are planning to set up a veterans support group, and continue with a monthly carers group.

Pre-school education and care provision

We provide pre & post bereavement support to children and young people (C&YP) after the death of someone important in their lives. Our support enables them to express and process their grief in their own way and at their own pace. This has a range of positive outcomes including the ability of C&YP to cope, move forward and stay positively engaged in their family and school life.

African Child Trust (ACT) is working to relieve poverty among disadvantaged children and women-led households in Africa. Gateshead clubhouse is a mental health community hub run entirely by its members. We have a community cafe with Internet access for our members, we run various activities from the clubhouse as well as out in the community.

Upstart Projects supports young people to find their voice in the arts and gain the skills and experience to grow as arts and media practitioners. We are a community concert band which welcomes players of any age and ability. Fresh Aire! is our training band which supports the musical development of less-experienced musicians. We perform at indoor and outdoor, public and private events. Annually the committee organises a residential weekend or European tour are for the benefit of members.

The Charity promotes the community of North Deal Kent by providing a community centre, local park area development and various other requirements if possible as and when they become needed to the area. The community centre hires room spaces for organisations in and around the area. It promotes well being and social activities for all ages and abilities and is run by mainly volunteer staff.

The Forest Upcycling Project collects unwanted furniture and electrical goods in the Forest of Dean and works with disabled and unemployed people to repair and upcycle it selling to everyone, but to low income families at very reduced rates (and if needed free). Groups benefitting include people that believe in reuse and recycling, disabled, unemployed and philanthropists willing to volunteer.
