The main object of the charity is to support the Catholic Church in mission dioceses throughout the world. This support is most tangible in the funds raised and distributed but is most keenly felt in the spiritual and pastoral unity which is generated.Therefore we have two main areas of activity, mission animation and education, and fund raising - without the one we could not have the other!

It provides residential treatment services, based in Gloucestershire, for people with substance dependencies, offering a wide programme of treatment, educational and training opportunities and resettlement. It also operates Women's Centres; Gloucester, Swindon, Bristol and Bridgwater and services in Wales and from HM Prison, to address the complex needs of women who are at high risk of offending.

The Pepper Foundation supports children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions and their families in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. We do this by funding hospice at home care and by providing specialist play services and family days.

The charity is running a nursery and nursery school for children between the ages of 3 months and 5 years. It operates 5 days a week between 7am and 6pm. It also has a holiday club for children in the area, not necessarily at the nursery, up to the age of 8 years. The summer club is open and offered to visitors to Crantock.
