The Charity runs a weekly Parent and Toddler Group, mid-week activities for children/young people;a Youth Drop in Cafe and activities for disaffected young people. A weekly well being cafe offering fellowship for anybody feeling mentally under pressure in the community. Practical help including a food bank. Provides leadership training. Hosts and supports other charity community events/concerts.

A key aim of St Andrew's Church is to enable ordinary people to live out their faith as part of the parish community through: Worship and prayer; learning about the Gospel and developing their knowledge and trust in Jesus. The PCC of the Parish of Chingford has the responsibility of co-operating with the incumbent and his staff, in promoting in the ecclesiastical parish the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical. The Walton & Weybridge District Scouts acts as the head office support team for seven Scout Groups located within its area.
