These services include a GP surgery, drugs counselling, welfare rights advice, clothing and food provision and IT literacy training.

The advancement of the arts through production and performance, with a particular focus on contemporary circus and physical theatre.

The organisation and administration of the Garstang and district annual agricultural and horticultural show "one of the best one day shows in the country".
