The main business remains the settling of fuel allowances for elderly parishioners and granting of special payments for hardship cases or for educational purposes.

It manages six residences originally set up for widows of Ashwell, which now accommodates persons who are normally over the age of 60, with strong local connections and who are able to live independently.

This Charity makes grants to individuals or groups who reside in the Parish of Calverton Milton Keynes. In particular the Charity makes educational grants to students and apprentices up to the age of 21 years and for the residents of the Parish of Calverton over the age of 65 years of age who are in need of assistance.

The Foundation makes grants to charitable bodies in accordance with the objects set out in the trust deed. The Lavinia Norfolk Trust raises money to support the children with disabilities who attend the Lavinia Norfolk Centre; a specialist centre, within The Angmering School, for children with Visual Impairment, Hearing Impairment or Physical Disabilities. The Trust aims to provide additional sporting and educational opportunities for these disabled young people and to enrich their lives as a result

The Foundation is dedicated to supporting projects connected with the care, education, training, development and leisure activities of people with a learning disability.It makes grants to a variety of organisations which aim to benefit people with a learning disability and their carers.
