Through using art as a means of supporting recovery we aim to promote the mental health of people in the Devon area, & specifically support those experiencing or recovering from mental ill health. We have organised community Picnic in July 2015, attended by about 50 patrons and included a fun day out in Yorkshire Dales. We also have organised the yearly interfaith religious and cultural celebration of Durgapuja and Diwali--which went on for more than 7 days in total. We are organising a Picnic again this year on the 9th of july.

The Friends of Mary Seacole Housing Association work to prevent and relieving hardship and distress amongst persons who are in need by reason of homelessness, for the public benefit in the Luton area. We provide supported semi-independent accommodation for single people and provided life skills, credited and non accredited training and social activities to support the users back into independency.

Our core purpose is to provide library services to the community of the Upper Afan Valley - lending books, CDs and DVDs, providing newspapers, 5 public computers with wi-fi & internet access, printing and photocopying. We also plan to develop other uses for the building - to turn the library into a Hub for Community - a multi-purpose community facility with a cafe, meeting space and classes.

Stroke Club UK is a support group run by stroke survivors, for stroke survivors, who are young at heart and want to move on with their lives.
