DEED is a Global Education Centre and a member of the Consortium of Development Education Centres (CoDEC). DEED aims to develop a better understanding of global issues and cultural diversity to help create a more just, fair and sustainable world. We work in Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole (BCP) and Dorset with local organisations including schools and community groups.

The Association manages Sunningmead Community Centre and Park in Cranmore Ward, Tiverton, Mid Devon - a Ward with recognised high multi deprivation. With help from 6 volunteers, good partnerships and regular clubs, it provides and hosts facilities, activities, services and training to support local families, the disabled, young people, senior citizens and the unemployed.

LEWISHAM MENCAP supports parents and carers of children and adults with learning disabilities. It provides information, support, advice and advocacy. LEWISHAM MENCAP also runs the Gateway Social Clubs in Lewisham and publishes a quarterly newsletter.

Staging Musical Theatre.Operation of Community Centre

The aim of the Notables is to promote the musical skills and creative and social independence of people with learning disabilities in Coventry. Weekly music workshops led by community musicians assisted by volunteers enables members to acquire skills in singing, instrumental work composition and song writing, and to play together in a band. The band performs at local events and festivals.

Provide services, advocacy, outreach support, group support to women suffering the impact of domestic violence. Provide volunteer training course OCN accredited.

The advancement of sciences, the promotion of research and the publication of results, concerned with the area of incontinence.

The Charity takes young homeless people into safe flats rented to us by The Peabody Trust and we help them with support through all stages to work and independence.

The merger of the three District Scout Councils of Caerphilly, Rhymney Valley and Islwyn was completed smoothly and the new CRAI District Scout Council continues to grow in Membership. The change of District Commissioner had no effect on the smooth running. The Council's may objectives to promote Scouting and the support to individal Scout Groups has been maintained and enhanced.

The prinicpal activity of the Charity is that of the furtherance of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, to build up the faith of the Christian believers, to share in the training of Christian workers, to promote Christian education, to advance the Christian religion and to relieve the poor and needy and the sick and elderly.

To conserve and enhance the natural beauty and amenity of the area of Brandon Wood including Flora and Fauna natural to it and to provide or assist in the provision of facilities for education, recreation or other leisure activities in the interests of social welfare with a view to improving the conditions of life.

We provide training and equipping for our family of churches and their members, mainly in Europe but also internationally. We also have an overseas aid arm, Church Relief International, which facilitates aid and support to projects in various developing countries.

The Charity runs workshops for children in drama and music and runs a Deaf Choir

The trust was established by deed on December 9th 1998 to advance the education and relieve the poverty and sickness of people in Rwanda. The Trust took on the work of its predecessor organisation, The Rwanda Group, which had been working with the same objectives since 1983.
