We support a nursery and primary school called 'Los Pollitos' situated in barrio Edguard Munguia, Managua, Nicaragua. The school currently has approximately 220 pupils. We pay the core salaries of 7 teachers. We have recently paid for the construction of a new building to house a library, office and computer room. We raise funds through a 'sponsor a teacher' scheme and pub quizzes.

People of all ages, often with complex underlying issues, are supported to overcome the barriers that prevent them moving into education, training or employment. ICPV is a patient advocate group-the UK needs an independent cancer patients' group, whose strategy is led by patients. The aim is that medical research, and clinical trials contributing to that research, have a patient input- in order for the research to have the co-operation of patients, leading to improved outcomes for all cancer patients and to help contribute to the cure of all cancers.

Provides specialist, independent and confidential support services to women and girls whose lives have been affected by sexual violence of any kind at any time. Currently offers freephone telephone helpline, helpline support via text and e-mail and face-to-face emotional support, Also raises awareness and understanding of sexual violence through the delivery of talks, workshops etc.

SASCA provides to Somali elders in city of Manchester support on their daily lives such advice for welfare right, Home visiting, Interpretation, escorting, supporting GP and Hospital appointment and afternoon social club. It serves the transport profession for the benefit of society and its members.

We support residents to access other local services and run a volunteer development programme.

To carry out its objective Destiny Children aims to get all the children at Destiny Garden School sponsored, and, at £15 per month for each child, this will fully cover the running costs and the development of the school. The charity also holds fund raising events to supplement this income and help with the school's development.

SanKTus' objects are the relief of poverty through advice & practical support to vulnerable people in Kentish Town and London. Reaching Higher is an organisation dedicated to engaging and inspiring young people across Croydon and South London. Every week we work with hundreds of young people in schools and the community. We do this through leadership programmes, sports and creative arts activities, mentoring programmes and holiday schemes.

Pelican is dedicated to helping those with cancer live well for longer. We achieve this by supporting medical research and education to improve surgery for bowel cancer and its associated secondary disease, particularly in the liver. The PCC is made up of 13 members and its role is to work with the vicar to promote the mission of the church in the parish, to care to people, to spread Christ's gospel of Good News and co-operating with other churches especially in our newly formed cluster of neighbouring churches. The Emmaus Norwich community offers a home and meaningful work to 25 men and women, many of whom have been homeless. Emmaus Norwich is a social enterprise and everyone living in the community signs off benefits to work within their ability in the community's charitable business.

KLWBT has professionally restored a 34ft fishing boat built by Walter Worfolk in King's Lynn in 1900, the Baden Powell. We use her to take groups of people on the River Great Ouse and into The Wash to tell them about wooden fishing boats, the lives of the fishermen of King's Lynn, the maritime history of the town and offer instruction in sailing.
