Our project supports families raising children when their biological parents can no longer do so due to alcohol and drug misuse, bereavement, imprisonment, mental health issues etc. We support the young person and the kinship carers offering respite, one to one and group work, training courses, coffee mornings, pamper days.

To help our members and the wider public maintain or improve their physical and mental health and wellbeing, build diverse skills and confidence, reduce social isolation and connect with their community. Through our commitment to equality and diversity and provision of inclusive services and support we aim to break down the stigma of mental ill health and build understanding and empathy.

Chamos improves the wellbeing of children in Venezuela by supporting education and healthcare projects. We invest in these two interconnected areas that are so key to children's development, working with local, community focused organisations to improve outcomes across the country.

Acacia Family Support offers free post natal support services for mothers and their families affected by pre or post natal depression across Birmingham. We are a volunteer led organisation and our drop in centres offer a full range of support services for women and their families. Forest Farm Peace Garden is a therapeutic community garden which works with a broad cross-section of the community to promote health, wellbeing, inclusion, environmental sustainability, and intercultural awareness.

Churchill Music! promotes five concerts a year given by world class musicians to local people at affordable prices. The Concert Series runs in conjunction with our Youth Project. Visiting musicians work in local primary and secondary schools and community groups. Churchill Music holds an annual Young Musician of the Year Competition. Our weekly 'Sing For Fun' group promotes health and wellbeing.

House of Light is a perinatal mental health Charity offering support and counselling to parents' pre-conception to post birth who are struggling with mental health difficulties following pregnancy, birth and in cases of loss, miscarriage, termination and stillbirth. We do this via one to one counselling, group and one to one peer support, telephone and email support.

We provide social and recreational activities for residents of Tow Law and surrounding areas. We hold children and youth activities such as Youth Cafe, toddler group, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts, physical activities such as taekwondo, boxing and keep fit . We host the Town Council, Food Bank, arts and craft and CAB and provide training courses and other activities including wellbeing activities.

We provide education to disadvantaged Tamil, Sinhalese and Muslim communities that will improve their quality of life and stimulate/promote community cohesion through shared educational resources (where possible). We do this through teaching professional English language (reading and written). We also provide emotional health programmes to educate people about how to improve their mental health.

RTProjects aims to improve the mental health and wellbeing of people in County Durham through engagement in creative activities with others. Our core work takes place in our community art studio 'The Open Art Surgery', a safe and supportive environment where individuals connect with others in their communities, support each other, learn new creative skills, and have a place they can call home.

Our aim is to provide supported housing, for single homeless people and individuals completing rehabilitation treatment. The Charity sets out to offer extra support to those effected, to pay for counselling sessions and mentoring. We also offer accredited training and also group training such as Art Therapy and life skills to help encourage people back into independant living and back into work.
