The Kennington Association exists to further the health and wellbeing of the people of Kennington and to improve the local environment. The Laura Centre offers free bereavement counselling services for adults, families and young people. We provide holistic support to parents who's child has died and children and young people 5-25 years old who's parent or sibling has died. The centre also supports those in anticipatory grief. We provide one to one therapy, systemic family work, therapeutic and drop in groups and an advice line.

Providing donations to charities supporting young people in Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire who (i) provide caring support (ii) help homeless young people (iii) give care, respite & education facilities for autistic young people (iv) improve young people's mental health. The Southover Partnership provides education for children on the autistic spectrum and those with social, emotional and mental health needs. We are a special school for secondary aged pupils, an outreach service that provides support in school for children from 4-19 who have special needs and a home tuition service for children who are unable to attend their own school because of complex needs.
