The charity allows contributions to be paid directly to medical specialists, normally the hospital, in third world countries to have operations that would not otherwise be available to the people concerned. These operations are usually in the worlds remotest areas. The charity is also running a glasses program, carrying out eye tests and providing glasses to children in third world countries.

We provide transport for healthcare needs from villages in Uganda to local healthcare facilities. A follow-up service for kittens aged 6+ months to encourage neutering is performed.We educate the public, reinforcing the importance of neutering, vaccinating and micro-chipping cats.We also trap, neuter and release feral cats, helping to humanely reduce the number of unwanted cats.

Bolton Children's Opportunity Group (COG) provides a stepping stone between home, playgroup and/or nursery, giving under 5s with special needs the opportunity to play and learn alongside their peers. COG has become a leader in the field of inclusive provision for under 5s. COG gives parents of children with special needs the chance to meet others with similar problems and so be of mutual help.
