Switchboard, the LGBT Helpline provides a telephone, instant messaging and email helpline service from 10am to 10pm every day of the year. We are a safe space for anyone to discuss anything, including sexuality, gender identity, sexual health and emotional wellbeing. We support people to explore the right options for themselves.

Women and Health is a charity working in the London Borough of Camden. It provides low cost complementary and alternative medicine treatments and counselling services for women living or working in the borough. The aim of the charity is to fund research on cerebral palsy and other neurological conditions that cause disability. Claire House helps seriously and terminally ill babies, children and young adults in Merseyside, Cheshire and North Wales. It provides end of life care, emergency respite, hospital support and day care, in addition to short breaks for children with complex needs.
