Lowestoft RDA has over 80 Disabled people a week,They take part in regular lessons in our indoor school,Rides out to the beach or woods and also Stable management lessons . We also have a holiday group who travel to us a few times a year to take part in our activities .

This charity provides facilities for sporting, educational and leisure activities for the local community and beyond, including fencing, badminton, short mat bowling, dancing, yoga, children's parties and community social events.
