At our Academy in Newham, we use boxing and martial arts combined with education and personal development to realise the potential of young people. Our Alumni Programme is an organisational capacity training consultancy and support services for local community based charities delivering programmes in communities affected by crime and violence in the UK and globally.

1. Subsidising running costs of Choba Primary and Nursery School, an independent (of the government) Tanzanian school for 350 children that was initially built by Children of Choba. Parents now pay fees that cover 84% of running costs, including salaries, porridge and maintaining school buildings.2. Sponsoring fees and boarding costs of selected Choba graduates at secondary school and college.

We are a PTA Committee working together to organise various fun days for children and parents throughout the year. Annually we hold a summer fete where the whole community is invited to come along. We will strengthen and unite communities by reviving, celebrating and sharing the essence of Eid and its meaning of feasting and coming together through organised events. We will enable communities to live harmoniously by providing them with their needs (food/ shelter/ education) and facilitating them with a means to continue to fulfil the objectives of Eid (bring harmony to the community)

The PTA fundraise to provide the teachers and children at the school with additional facilities which cannot be provided for by the LEA. Events involve the children, teachers and parents as well as the wider community such as school fetes, social evenings, jumble and cake sales. Fundraising enables the PTA to purchase items at the request of the Headteacher.

To help young people advance in life and assist young people through:*provision of recreational and leisure time activities;*advancing in life and helping young people to develope their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them participate in the society as independent, mature and responsible individuals*advancing education through after school club and mentorship.

2 worship services each Sunday plus meetings for all ages during the week: Mums and Tots and children's groups, youth club, ladies' meetings, lunch club and visits to residential homes, besides allowing community groups to use our premises.Our Schools Worker takes assemblies and classes in local schools and they visit the church. We also have an annual Men's Dinner .

Leaside Under Fives Kindergarten is a committee led non-profit making pre-school, which was founded in 1994 to provide excellent Early Years education. We are able to accommodate 38 children per session, aged from two and a half to five years old. The Kindergarten runs during school term times and is open five days a week.

The Dental Wellness Trust is a new health charity promoting dental wellness to less fortunate communities in the UK and abroad. In the future, we plan to do this through innovative oral health education programmes.
