THE PROVISION OF POSITIVE ACTIVITIES FOR RURAL YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 10 TO 28

Raises funds for the relief of poverty and education in Israel and the Ukraine and provides social activities and food parcels for the elderly and infirm in the UK and assists in the funding of other charitable organisations in this country and in Israel

A day care centre for the elderly providing day care and transport, hot meals, refreshments, personal care (including bathing facilities, hairdressing and podiatry), social interaction, entertainment and advice.

Providing an outdoor pursuits and Study Centre for use predominantly by school age children from the Orpington/Bromley/Kent areas, but more widely as availability allows. We ensure that young people from disadvantaged backgrounds have access to this facility through our charging policy. We are also working with groups local to the Centre who are providing support in the community.

Volunteers provide transport for the elderly frail to hospitals, surgeries and clinics. They also undertake shopping, befriending and the occasional odd job. A weekly escorted shopping by minibus provides social contact and enables elderly people to shop independently with help. Ipad familiarization sessions are also offered

We provide a free national service to help older people make informed decisions about meeting their care, support and accommodation needs.We lead a network of partner organisations and older people's groups who provide local support and advocacy when required.We maintain, and make freely available, directories of information about services and specialist accommodation for older people.

Assist with provision of care for older people through existing charities, principally capital projects but also innovative schemes for ongoing care.

We provide affordable childcare for up to 26 children aged between 2-5 years. Fundraisng events take place throughout the year and funds from this enables the children to experience trips and events throughout the year.

We are a short to medium term homeless hostel providing support for men, aged 25-60, in Watford with complex needs; primarily homelessness, drug and alcohol issues. We provide 24-hr support, in-house therapists, self-help strategies, supportive group work, signposting to external services, assistance with maximising benefits, advice on education and training and follow on support / resettlement.

Our volunteer drivers provide transport for the elderly and disabled.

The Scout Group runs a program of activities, both outdoor and indoor, through which young people are encouraged to develop their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.

St Paul's Cray Community Association is managed by a committee of local people mostly volunteers. The hall for hire is called ' Sanderson Hall' ,a variety of activities are run weekly, and on Saturdays for family parties etc. There is a small stage and dressing room, a kitchen, a male,female and disabled toilets with baby changing facilities, a car park and full disabled access.

Provision of Girlguiding activities for girls aged 5 to 18 through Rainbow, Brownie, Guide and Ranger units throughout Corby.

We provide Scouting for boys & girls aged 6 - 18 focussing on water activities for members and the wider youth group community. We implement the Scout Association's Purpose to engage / support young people in personal development, empowering them to contribute to society. We emphasise inclusivity and help / fund young people to overcome disadvantage or disability to reach their full potential.

THE HERITAGE AND CONSERVATION OF THE INLAND WATERWAYS RAISING FUNDS FOR RESTORATION AND PRESERVATION PROJECTS. ALSO RAISING FUNDS TO RUN CECILIA, A 70 FT NARROWBOAT THAT IS USED BY GROUPS LOOKING AFTER SPECIALS NEED, THE ELDERLY AND OTHERS TO ENCOURAGE THEM TO TAKE INTEREST IN THE HERITAGE AND CONSERVATION OF THE WATERWAYS. THE BOAT IS RUN ENTIRELY BY DONATIONS.

To provide affordable rented accommodation for elderly people over 65 years of age.

The Trust provides eight flats for older people. Six are purpose-built: four in 1972 and 2 in 1979. 2 further properties were created by converting former Council cottages. In addition the Trust provides two bungalows for older people which were purchased in 2010/11. At the end of the financial year, all trust properties were occupied.

Poynton Players produce 4 to 5 plays each year, to an audience mainly drawn from the surrounding community. Over the last year, we have encouraged local drama, dance and singing groups, particularly youth organisations to take advantage of our facilities and are increasing our activities as as a community asset.

We are a community centre which is open for membership to persons from a young age to the elderly. We provide activities bingo, quizzes etc five nights a week. There is also dance, kickboxing and games sections which are open to anybody who wishes to take part.

We provide opportunities of play, education and other diversionary activities in the safe environment of our youth centre for young people aged 8 to 25 years, but prioritising our work with 13 to 19 year olds. Our work includes sport, art & craft, music & dance, group activities, residential trips and educational projects.

We provide a balanced progressive programme of activities for boys and girls aged 6 to 14.5. We run 1 Beaver colonies, 1 Cub packs and a Scout Troop all meeting in our own hall in Tegfan Close Cardiff.

The trust was established to receive income from its investments and to make grants to needed causes as determined by a management committee. The Fund supports grants to assist individual girls and young women aged between 11 to 25 in training and education where it is recognised that there is a need for such financial assistance.

Busy Bees Pre-School is a community group run by parents for parents. We aim to provide a safe, caring, inclusive and friendly environment where all children can feel happy, stimulated and confident. We provide care and education for children aged 3-5 years using the Foundation Stage Curriculum.

The pre-school provides a stimulating and caring environment for children aged from two and a half until they start infant school. While at the pre-school the children will learn valuable social, communication and academic skills, have access to a wide range of activities both mental and physical, and with the help of the dedicated staff, achieve personal development.

Funds are invested through Coif in a balanced portfolio which seeks to maintain values whilst providing a reasonable income for distribution.We also receive rents from land owned by the charities and these are managed by professional land agents

we provide childcare for children aged 2 and half to 5 years. all of our funding is charity based. Our income is soley reliant on fees from parents, grants and any fundraising that we do.

TS Repulse is Rotherham's Sea Cadets Unit. Offering young people aged 10 to 18 a structured programme of training in Seamanship, Leadership, and Life Skills. Activities include boating, navigation, first aid, and the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, helping cadets develop confidence, discipline, and valuable future-ready skills.

We offer a wide variety of activities to our young people, in all our sections - from craftwork to camping and outdoor pursuits with the aim of developing skills for life . The young people are encouraged to learn new skills, have fun with their fellow scouts, both within the group & the wider scouting community, and to raise money for charity, for supporting the group and other local initiatives.

Stone YFC is affiliated to the Staffordshire Federation of Young Farmers Clubs, which is a rural youth organisation, for anyone aged between 10 and 28. The Club operates in and around the Stone area and organises their own programme of activities which include sports, talks, discos, meetings, socials, visit and balls - to name just a few.

The charity was set up specifically to help people of limited means who live in East Markham, by making grants to individuals and by providing accommodation. This consists of three one-bedroomed bungalows suitable for older people, and a two bedroomed house, suitable as a starter home for a young family.

Promotion of an annual competitive festival of the arts for young people aged 18 years and under. The charity also promotes other competitive events during the year.

To provide financial support to Greenhill School by organising fund raising activities such as school discos, Summer Fayre, Mother's/Father's Day gifts, Christmas Fayre etc. Support is encouraged from the local community to ensure that the facilities and projects at the school are subsidised to the benefit of the children.
