Hand in Hand provides practical and emotional support to vulnerable members of the Jewish community, including children with special educational needs and disabilities, the elderly, the hospitalised and the housebound. Through weekly visits from trained teenage volunteers, we deliver companionship, mentorship and practical assistance, fostering connection and emotional wellbeing for those in need.

The Order of Grace is a christian community that serves The Grace Network TGN community. Our members seek to practice justice, hospitality, prayer and presence.
