Fundraising for Madginford Infants and Junior schools.

Our aim is to support deaf children, their families and those actively involved in the welfare of children with all ranges of hearing loss. We will ensure children are supported in their home environment and in their social interactions.We will organise regular events that are inclusive for children with hearing loss to maintain friendships and provide families with a peer group.

To support the restoration, repair, maintenance and beautification of the Parish Church of St Nicolas, Great Bookham in the Diocese of Guildford (hereinafter called ?the Church?) and of the monuments, fittings, structural fixtures, stained glass, furniture, ornaments and chattels in the church and churchyard, including paths, walls, gates and main services belonging to the Church

Raising funds to maintain and restore the bells of St George of England Church, Toddington, Beds.

Providing Social Events, public engagement, leisure and educational activities

To provide financial support and enrichment to the members of the East Sussex Youth Orchestra.

Organisation of fund raising activities for Broomgrove Infant & Junior Schools. Annual activities include Firework night, Easter Fair and Summer fair, plus ad-hoc activities through out the year. Collection of donations for the operation and upkeep of the school swimming pool.

We organise social activities and fund-raising events for both adults and children at the school. We raise funds to provide extra equipment and resources to enrich and improve the facilities available to the children of St Mary's School, 'extras' that would not normally be possible within the school budget.

Preservation, refurbishment and promotion of the buildings constituted by Canonbury Tower and 6/9 canonbury Place, London.

Village Civic Society including planning matter, local history and conservation.

The charitable objects are general charitable purposes and in particular the releif of poverty in the Parish of Wotton and in Abinger North Ward, Near Dorking, Surrey.

This charity supports the activities of Jewish religious organisations, especially in the field of education and provides philanthropic aid to the Jewish needy. Donations are made to organisations providing a sound religious education in accordance with the doctrines and principles of traditional Judaism and to institutions set up to provide aid to the Jewish needy.

We organise local amateur dramatic productions, usually 1 to 2 a year, in order to give our community the opportunity to experience local theatre, both through taking part in productions and as members of the audience. We also make donations to other organisations and groups within our community (such as the local school, nursery and community cafe), and to other good causes close to our hearts.

Scout Group providing a range of activities to boys/girls age 6 to 14 to include learning skills such as orienteering, outdoor cooking, camping, hiking/map reading and various creative arts & craft, both individually and within a team.

Promotes integrity of village life by organising occasional village social events and by providing a forum for village discussion and representation. Holder of Village communal Fund. In addition, the committee whilst not currently pursuing this matter, will on occasion monitor the viability of a new village hall and will engage the village in any future developments.
