To promote the permanent preservation for the benefit of the public generally of land and buildings of scenic or historic or scientific or national interest within the United Kingdom and in particular the north east of England and generally to protect and preserve and to stimulate public interest in the beauty character and amenities of the said land and buildings.

Education/grants given to students

The Charity's objects are (1) that the Federation shall promote, and advance education in, the knowledge and practice of British Folk Songs, Dance, Music and other allied traditional activities in the Midlands area. (2) to encourage research of those activities specified in Clause (1)

General Charitable Purposes

Swimming for people with a disability. All volunteer helpers have the opportunity to attend a training course for them to understand and carry out the Halliwick method which is used in our club.

Classification 302 does not really apply to us. Friends of Lyndon House is a support group, raising funds to provide leisure facilities and activities for the children who are resident at Lyndon House, an NHS Respite Care Unit.

To promote and advance training of of persons employed or intending to be employed in industry and commerce. Secondly to extend such training to members of the public generally.

Brass band run as leisure activity for members

The Organisation runs a community car for the benefit of the elderly and disabled in the area of Mold and the surrounding villages. All the drivers are volunteers.

The Coventry Cathedral Development Trust is in the process of re-establishing itself with new trustees. It is still able to receive gifts or legacies whilst this process is underway.
