In accordance with the terms of the Trust grants are made to C of E clergy within 10 Miles of St Peters Church Nottingham at the Trustee discretion to augment their living costs . The Trustee is satisfied that the purposes remain charitable. The Midlands Federation of Museums and Art Galleries is a membership organisation open to all those who work in museums and art galleries in the East and West Midlands. At least four meetings are held annually where relevant museum and gallery sector issues are discussed. Federation officers make representation to many regional and national bodies on behalf of the sector.
