DONATIONS FOR YOUNG ARTISTS UNDER THE PIRAN STRANGE ART PRIZE, ANNUALLY IN NOVEMBER 12 AND SUSEQUENT YEARS

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN THE UK, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, PUPILS WHO REQUIRE ADDITIONAL OR SPECIALIST TUITION TO REALISE THEIR POTENTIAL AND TO COMPLETE THEIR STUDIES.

The GFCA is an independent charity operated by foster carers, for foster carers.Collaborating with Greenwich Fostering Service and foster carers working for the Royal Borough of Greenwich, we offer a robust service, comprising but not limited to tailored support and advocacy for foster carers and providing emotional and wellbeing support to foster carers and looked after children.

To assist the head teacher and staff in all efforts to promote the interests and profile of the school and the advancement of education. Working locally, nationally ,and Internationally as part of Rotary International, the club responds to needs in the community and further afield as the occasions arise. Recent monies have been raised for relief of famine in the Horn of Africa, mosquito nets for anti malarial use , the RNLI, water aid, A local Hospice and the RI ,end polio now campaign

The charity was actively looking for suitable opportunities to make donations. Given the nature of cross border donations, we wanted to make sure that receiving parties/organizations are properly regulated. We are advising them to put regulations in place before any donations can be made. Given this background no charitable donation was made for the year.

The society is providing;Sikh religious worker/minister to the community for prayer meetings, lectures & religious festivals.Teaching services in Punjabi, Gurumukhi & skills of playing Tabla and Harmonium.

The charity's activities are to fund and help manage the building of orphanages, schools, housing for the elderly and medical facilities. The charity will raise its funds through charitable donations and fund raising events.

We work with the school and staff to raise money for the benefit of the children. Our main fund raiser is the annual Summer Spectacular, but we also have an annual Christmas Fair. We also sell hanging baskets to parents/carers, we hold school discos, we hold an annual family photograph evening and we sell second hand uniform. Money is spent according to the wishes of the Headteacher and staff.

PROVIDING DIETARY & ORAL HEALTH EDUCATION SESSIONS FOR CHILDREN AGED PRE-SCHOOL TO THE AGE OF 11. THE SESSIONS WILL COVER UNDERSTANDING THE IMPORTANCE OF GOOD DENTAL HEALTH; EDUCATING CHILDREN ON WHAT CAUSES TOOTH DECAY; ENCOURAGING DAILY DENTAL CARE. THE SESSIONS WILL USE A MIX OF GAMES, COLOURING SHEETS, LEARNING DENTAL HEALTH VOCABULARY, DISCUSSING FOODS AND CAUSES OF DENTAL DECAY.

Leavenheath Scout Group is based in Leavenheath, Suffolk and consists of Beavers, Cubs and Scouts

Provision of facial reconstruction medical services

A varied range of events take place annually to raise money for our school, such as the Halloween Disco, Christmas and Summer Fayres and Chocolate Bingo but we also work hard to offer new, one-off and alternative activities. The 50/50 Club is our ongoing, regular fundraising activity.

Street Chaplains are a faith based organisation that recruits, trains and deploys teams of volunteers to offer help, support and intervention for those in need within the community. Street Chaplains works with local agencies to help create safer communities cross North Staffs.

The Manuden school PTA, run by volunteers, carries out events such as Christmas bazaar, tuck shop, movies and munch and school discos in order to raise funds on behalf of Manuden Primary School. This activity takes place in and around the school in the village of Manuden.

Charities activities are world-wide developing and supporting disaster prone countries at government and community levels through project support. The charity trust also supports a finite response in times if disaster supporting specialised personnel to support the affected country. Since 2013 the charity has deployed personnel to Ghana, Peru, Ecuador, India, Pakistan and Nepal

Contributing to the post-graduate education of dental specialists

The main focus of our activities is to support the education of children aged 4-11 by financially supplementing activities and equipment as needed. Current fund raising activities include refreshments for the community Black Prince celebrations and Sports Day, Summer and Christmas Fayres and an annual Auction
