Activities and fundraising to benefit the children of Spilsby Primary Academy

We fundraise to support educational activities for pupils at Armathwaite School. This includes purchasing equipment and contributing to the cost of school trips/activities and transport.

The programme encourages participation by an elderly and infirm audience base. An outreach programme serving primary and secondary schools & colleges.Further outreach work with visually impaired people using drama as an empowering tool.

Advancing the education of the pupils at the Hertford Vale Primary School by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities not normally provided by the Local Authority

Working primarily in Africa providing resources for church-related projects.

The Blaenau Gwent Otters is affiliated to the Halliwick Association of swimming therapy. We teach disabled people to swim using the reknown Hallick method. All our volunteers are qualified in teaching disabled people and encouraged to take part in courses held all over Wales.

Preston Nightstop used to recruit and train volunteers to provide emergency accommodation in their own home for homeless young people aged between of sixteen to twenty five. The charity no longer provides accommodation to young people through the provision of a supported lodgings scheme.

We raise funds from fundraising activitites such as Bingo Evenings, Car Boot Sales. We treat the elderly in the village to an annual visit to the seaside and at Christmas we give the elderly a party in a local venue.

Our main activity is the Round Table Santa Sleigh.

Work has continued to manage the trees, woodland and open habitats on the site with an ongoing programme of selected thinning and management of the Ancient Scheduled Monument. The security of the site has been enhanced by installing further fencing, gates and vehicle barriers.

The Parent Staff & Friends Association is run predominantly by parents and is supported by staff and friends of the school. The PSFA organise fundraising events throughout the year, including an Annual School Fun Day, live music events, school discos, etc
