GENERAL CHARITABLE DONATIONS

We provide funds to help the school and organise fun activities for children and parents, eg Christmas bazaar, barn dance, sports day bbq etc. We fundraise by means of these events and also sponsored events.

To maintain the structure of St Helens Church Boultham Lincoln, and the church yard.It has occasional religious services and opening times.

At present, the charity is not active, this is because we have been unable to find suitable volunteers, organisations to do the work of offering palliative care to patients in Hyderabad, India. We have also stopped raising money for the charity.

Making and selling greetings cards, scarves, bags and swatches made from the remnants of fabric donated by the Glove Design and dressmaking business. The money raised is to be donated to a different charity each year.

We provide mentoring support including basic and key skills training along with confidence and motivational development for young people. We increase their ability to remain in school to complete their education and progress into further training or employment opportunities.

Providing additional facilities for Ashbrook Infant & Nursery School over and above that possible within the school budget. These facilities are of benefit to all the children at the school.

Education, Relief of Poverty for Children & Elderly in India

To raise money for use in supporting childrens & teachers needs at the Primary School in Llanbedr.

The Al-Ansar Project aims to give members of the community, mainly living in and around Balsall Heath, a better understanding of the language, traditions and culture of Arabic nations and people. The project also seeks to provide facilities and services to address their education, health and welfare needs.

To encourage the study and appreciation of hedgerows by supporting local surveys. Assisting in the interpretation of the data in terms of putting their hedgerows into historical context. Considering their contribution to biodiversity, the landscape and their value aesthetically and socially.

Organises conferences and training for professionals working with children and young people with mental health diffculties in England and abroad. Fundraising undertaken to fund overseas projects to train professionals there. For example, members of the charity have previously been to different areas of India and Egypt.

The Vision River Outreach Trust is dedicated to helping and providing services to those in need around the world wherever we can.

Members meet 3 times weekly at the Weston Favell Community Hall for social gathering and activities such as card games, dancing, table tennis, health and safety and culture activities. The club also organise events like Chinese New Year, Mid-autumn Festival and Christmas celebration.Activities are open to people in Northampton who are interested in our activities.

We have a drop in centre where our tenants and residents can call in if they are needing information on housing, events we may be organising, we hold councillors surgery once a month. We also are in contact with our local police officers, our drop in is also used for voting day which where we meet people who maybe new to our estate as well as long standing residents apart from this its just usual

To support Brisley Primary School by helping develop effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school. Raising funds for the school for projects and equipment not funded by the LEA.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

TO GENERATE FUNDS TO PROVIDE A FREE BONFIRE AND FIREWORK DISPLAY FOR THE ENTIRE VILLAGE AND SURROUNDING AREA, AND TO PROVIDE A CHRISTMAS TREE AND CRIB FOR DISPLAY IN THE CENTRE OF THE VILLAGE. THE LIGHTING OF THE CHRISTMAS TREE IS AT AN OPEN AIR CAROL SERVICE WITH MUSIC PROVIDED BY LOCAL MUSICIANS AND SCHOOLS. THERE IS A VISIT FROM FATHER CHRISTMAS WHERE EACH CHILD IS GIVEN A SMALL GIFT.

We raise money in the U.K and are a receipient of donations to build, equip and administer Matema Secondary School in the Karonga, Northern Malawi, Africa.

Fundraising and organising events for the school

The advancement of the Christian faith by supporting UK and overseas mission financially, providing inspirational teaching, training in Bible study, providing resources in various media and promoting the outworking of Christian ministry through worship, prayer and fellowship.

We hold weekly bible study and prayer meetings. We help with raising funds for needy causes.
