This organisation provides a platform for local women to improve their education, craft skills and social contact. It also enables involvement on important issues both locally and nationally.

Awards grants to young people, the elderly, people with disabilities and long term health problems and voluntary groups to aid with continuing education, the advancement of health, wellbeing and social care and the relief of financial hardship for those who reside within the Borough of Barrow in Furness.

We provide grants to individuals and organisations in the parish of Kingston Cambridgeshire for education and training and for the relief of poverty. We provide help especially for children and young people, elderly people and people with disabilities.

The main activity of the Association in the past year has been:1.To promote the advancement of agriculture, horticulture, rural crafts and the breeding and rearing of livestock. 2.To hold an annual show for the exhibition of livestock, farm produce, horticulture produce, machinery and implements. 3.Generally to encourage education, skill, industry and good husbandry in agriculture.

Funding young persons' educational opportunities in North Leigh

We raise funds to provide books, classroom equipment, trips and outside activities for the children of Dymchurch Primary School.

Providing a series of events that includes lectures, debates and visits to interesting buildings and other projects. Membership open to all with an interest in architecture and the built environment. Joint sponsorship annually of two Travelling Scholarships at Plymouth School of Architecture. Liaison with Architecture Centre Devon & Cornwall.

The objects of the Association are the advancement of the mental, moral and physical welfare and development of school pupils through the medium of swimming.The Association shall have the following powers:a) to teach swimming, diving ,life-saving, personal survival and water safety to children of all ages.b) to promote and arrange competitions as the Association deems necessary.

The trust preserves, for public benefit, the land and buildings of the Garrett Engineering Works, established in Leiston, Suffolk in 1778 together with engines and other artefacts made there.
