Our fundraising activities/events are organised with a few priorities, these being:-- to support the teaching and learning of children at Hylton Castle Primary School- engaging with our Community and providing events for the wider community- to give children wider opportunities outside of school.We mainly operate out of Hylton Castle Primary School.

Community based project using a modernised double decker bus,extensively refitted as a chic multi functional cafe providing a moblie venue for social,educational, recreational and leisure use by going into the more challenging areas of the community and serving complimentary refreshments whilst also offering multi media entertainment for the youth as an alternative to congregating on the streets.

WE ARE INSTALLING OUTDOOR GYM EQUIPMENT FOR TEENAGERS AND SENIOR CITIZENS TO ENJOY KEEPING FIT WHILST THE YOUNGER CHILDREN CAN PLAY ON THE SWINGS,FUN-TRAIL AND OTHER PLAY EQUIPMENT WHICH WE ARE HAVING INSTALLED. THERE WILL ALSO BE A WILD-LIFE AREA. THIS WILL ALL BE IN AN ALLOTMENT WHICH HAS NOT BEEN USED FOR MANY YEARS.

THE CHARITY RECEIVES NUMEROUS APPEALS FROM A WIDE RANGE OF MAINLY OTHER CHARITIES SEEKING FUNDS. THE TRUSTEES MEET REGULARLY TO CONSIDER THE APPEALS. THE CHARITY DISTRIBUTES SMALL GRANTS TO A WIDE RANGE OF OTHER CHARITABLE BODIES WITH A PARTICULAR SUPPORT TO CHARITIES WORKING WITH YOUNG PEOPLE AND CHILDREN THROUGH EDUCATION AND THOSE UNDERTAKING OR SUPPORTING ANIMAL WELFARE.

In 2010 we completed a project in Kenya where we sent a team of skilled tradesmen over to the Fururah Orphanage to build them a new Girls Dormitory, the Charity funded this entire project and is still funding eduction to some of the children at the Orphanage.

The PTFA is here for you - the parents, guardians, friends and teachers of all the children who attend St Mary?s School. Our main aim is to raise funds to purchase items that would otherwise fall outside the school's budget. We also provide an informal social network for parents.

The Hamro Foundation is a grant making charity. Our objects are to advance in life and help young people, in particular but not exclusively by providing or assisting in the provision of healthy sporting activities.
