UK Vet Nurses Worldwide supports animal welfare globally by providing veterinary nursing expertise, training, and resources to communities with limited access to professional veterinary care.Raising awareness in the UK of global animal welfare issues and the role of veterinary nurses through outreach and educational content.

The Barbara Gammans Animal Trust has been set up to donate monies to a selected number of charities that support animals on an annual basis.

The purpose of the charity is to raise funds which will enable the purchase of equipment used to treat companion animals with cancer. The Trustees will have complete discretion where funds are allocated to ensure the optimum benefits are achieved. Overriding these criteria, the charity will not support any form of experimentation involving animals.

Current priorities relate to no kill, small animal welfare charities & not-for-profit organisations who carry out fostering, homing, support, rehabilitation, care & other related services for small animals, specifically dogs, in need.

To further the conservation and preservation of the wild hedgehog (Erinaceous Europeas) by providing a rescue, care and rehabilitation service for sick, injured, or orphaned hedgehogs with the aim of releasing such hedgehogs back into the wild wherever possible. To promote the education and raise awareness of hedgehog conservation to the public, including habitat, treatment and care.

We provide essential support to animal shelters and rescue centres across the UK by donating high-quality pet food, treats, bedding, and other supplies. This helps improve animal welfare, reduces costs for shelters, and ensures homeless, abandoned, and injured animals receive proper nutrition and care.

Frome Millennium Green Trust is managed as a semi-wild area for local wildlife and forms part of a green corridor in the centre of Frome along with Rodden Meadow. We organise volunteer days and promote the area as a place to walk, picnic and generally enjoy the wildlife and views.

ASSISTING PERSONS IN NEED OF HELP WITH THE WELFARE OF THEIR PETS, IN THE MAIN THE ELDERLY, UNEMPLOYED OR DISABLED. ALSO ASSISTING WITH HOMELESS ANIMALS. PETS IN CRISIS AND WILDLIFE.

To promote for the benefit of the public the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment in Malawi, including its wildlife and wildlife habitats, by tree planting and forest protection initiatives, and by providing community education relating to environmental issues.

Under a Uniting Direction made by the Charity Commission the charity is united with the Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust for the purpose of registration and accounting.
