A recreation ground for the benefit of the inhabitants of the parish of Claydon with Clattercote.

The objects of the charity are the advancements of education in the said parish of Sparsholt by way of provision of grants to young people between the ages of eleven years and eighteen years who wish to attend courses of education, recreation or character advancement.

We devise a plan of Lay Preachers to cover ministry to outlying churches that have no leadership. We hold an annual general meeting. Last one held on 29th April 2025

The objects of the Trust are to acquire and preserve for the benefit and recreation of the public land adjoining the River Thames situated in the parishes of Wooburn, Little Marlow and Marlow in the county of Buckinghamshire.

The charity holds for this purpose a parcel of land at the Eastern end of Chapel Lane, Little Bourton, which is equipped with play apparatus, and Outdoor Gym appartus designed for older children and adults. To hold the land under the recreation act of 1859. For the purposes of a childrens public playingfield and for the purpose of physical training and recreation for the children of the said parish and also for use by the adults of the said parish likewise as a public playing field.

The Charity manages land, bequeathed to the children of the Parish, by a local resident. The land includes a football/cricket pitch, pavilion, play area and community orchard.

To provide financial assistance to the poor and needy amongst the congregation and associates of St Thomas's Methodist Church, Belvedere Road, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire and residents of the neighbourhood and community which this Church seeks to serve.

The centre provides advice and religious & recreational activities to Merchant Seamen.

The charity is a recreation ground and provides a place of recreation for the inhabitants of the Parish and neighbourhood of Oxton. The Parish Council are the trustees and the charity has no funds of its own.

Parish Council is the Body Corporate & is responsible for the Playing Field & Recreation Ground.

Providing hall for use of parishoners and others for meetings, classes,parties etc.

We hold regular coffee mornings for the benefit of the local community. There are also dances, Taekwondo, general meetings, parties, musical events, historical talks, flower arranging classes and singing classes. We are also a venue for 'Churches Together' which brings together the Church of England and Methodist members of the community.

The interest from the capital sum provides income for the PCC in the general running of Ickleton Parish Church.

Grants are periodically made to to The Parochial Church Council of St Bartholomew's Finningham, they being the responsible body for ensuring the repair and improvement of the parish church which is the aim of the charity.

Providing funds towards the maintenance and repairs of the parish church of Halstock, and towards the payment of expenses incident to the performance of divine service in the said church.
