Iain Rennie Hospice at Home is part of RGHC which provides palliative care for adults and children who have been diagnosed with cancer or another life limiting illness in Herts & Bucks. Through our 24/7 responsive hospice at home service, our specialist nurses give patients the choice to be cared for at home. Maintains and hires out Slip End Village Hall which is owned by the parishioners of the Parish of Slip End for their social, religious and educational development.

Melchbourne Village Hall Committee organises a range of social activities for villagers and their friends in nearby villages. Activities include dances, dinners, bbq's, occasional concerts and quizzes. It provides a venue for occasional private parties and church events.

The charity managed the Brimpton Recreation Ground which was donated in 1965 "for the benefit of the inhabitants of Brimpton". The charity, with support from the Charity Commission and the inhabitants of Brimpton, sold this ground in November 2020 as it was no longer a suitable location. The trustees have secured a better location next to the village hall and more accessible to the village.

Lavendon Village Hall is the focal point for many of the village activities.
