Belmont Community Housing, BCH, is a family funded charity with the objective of sponsoring or partly funding the building of new homes for people / families unable to secure a decent place of their own.Presently we are working in partnership with the charity, Housing People Building Communities, HPBC. We advance the education of Colombian students from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds ("lower strata neighbourhoods") in the subject of English by such means as the trustees deem appropriate, in particular by providing these students with a travel grant to enable them to take part in an English language programme in the UK which they could not otherwise afford.

Grimesthorpe Family Centre is run by volunteers to provide space for groups to rent, to benefit the community. We are refurbishing the Centre to increase our activities to benefit the local area.
