St James C of E Primary School PTA supports the school by enabling and delivering activities and events for the children to enjoy and to raise money for the school. Activities range from second hand uniform sales to the summer fair. The money raised is given to the school to purchase materials and equipment, and to make improvements to the school site.

Library users are able to access other libraries in Cambridgeshire and use our facilities in the same way as a county-run library. We have a stock of about 7,000 books for children of all ages and adults. Our library and information centre is staffed by volunteers, there are no paid staff.

East Bedlington Community Centre is run by the Community for the Community. We hire out rooms and host a range of community and voluntary group activities including Welcome Hub and Food Bank, Activity Days, Pilates, Keep fit, Art Groups, Youth Club, Library Service, office space for East Bedlington Parish Council, Craft groups, Community Learning, Performing Arts and Residents Groups.

We have worked closely with many: schools, local authorities, housing associations, to showcase high quality World Music and Arts. GFMA provide free workshops in the community.

The Club provide coaching to allow over 150 young people from the loacl community to enjoy football in a well supervised and trained environment every week.
