Riverside Players is a not for profit organisation which aims to educate the public in the dramatic arts and to further the development of public appreciation and taste in the said arts.

Eductional and training.

Provide affordable studios for artists in all disciplines, particularly in sculpture who are able to use the on-site bronze foundry. Provide work experience and residencies for school children, art students and artists. Work with mental health groups. Organise exhibitions, art classes, visits to the studios to meet the artists and watch a bronze pour. We exhibit widely and hold Open Weekends.

Lectures on a regular basic during autumn, winter and spring. Visits to places of interesr during the summer

To encourage friendship and understanding and to advance and encourage cultural development between the peoples of Great Britain and Lebanon including the promotion of scholarships and help for disadvantaged children and young people.

Seaford Little Theatre presents four plays each year in our theatre which holds approximately 100 people. The cast consist of all ages. The theatre is also used by other groups for their social activities.

SEAFORD LIFEGUARDS ARE A VOLUNTARY ORGANISATION WHO PATROL SEAFORD BEACH WEEKENDS AND BANK HOLIDAYS FROM 1ST MAY TO 30TH SEPTEMBER. THEY ALSO MONITOR THE BYELAWS FOR LEWES DISTRICT COUNCIL, INCLUDING SPEEDING BOATS WITHIN THE SWIMMING AREA AND DOG FOULING. THEY ENDEAVOUR TO PREVENT ACCIDENTS BY VIGILANT OBSERVATIONS AND WARNING OF THE DANGERS OF THE SHELVING SEA.

The Trust maintains a museum at 19 New King Street, Bath, where William Herschel lived and from where he discovered the planet Uranus. We are a chamber orchestra who play classical music concerts with a particular emphasis on 20th century music. We also play works that are unjustly neglected to give the general public in East and West Sussex the opportunity to hear this music.

The Emsworth Diamond Jubilee Recreation Ground Trust holds the sports ground and facilities on trust to enable the public to play tennis, bowls, football, cricket, hockey and rugby.

Education & Training of young people to teach them, amongst other things, self respect, self reliance, survival, discipline and respect for others by means of various indoor and outdoor activities.

The 3rd Christchurch (Jumpers) Scout Group provides Scouting to young people aged between 6 and 14 years of age. Young people take part in activities based on the section they belong to and their age. The sections within the Group are Beaver Colony, Cub Pack and Scout Troop.
