Clubmark registered & affiliated to the UKA, the club offers training twice a week in Ipswich for track, field & wheelchair athletes who compete at county, regional & national level. We provide free lifelong support to stroke survivors and their families living in the North East of England. We provide two private group sessions per week, that include: pool exercise, chair-based exercise, physiotherapy, complementary therapy, drop-in social and use of the public gym. All under the supervision of qualified service providers.

The Club runs twice-weekly bridge sessions open to all. The game provides both social interaction and mental stimulation, which are both important to individual well-being. The Club is proactive in promoting the game generally and through provision of training sessions for people wanting to learn the game/improve.

We organise fundraising events for the pupils and their families throughout the year, to provide funds for fun educational activities and equipment for the pupils, in addition to the schools curriculum.

We are a school PTA raising money and having fun at the same time for our school children. We hold events such as quiz nights, firework parties, summer fairs and discos.
