The Poetry School helps poets of all levels write their best poetry by creating and delivering a dynamic, responsive and high quality programme of education that takes place throughout England and online. The Poetry School aims to create an inclusive and supportive critical community of writers and readers and is dedicated to nurturing original new voices in contemporary poetry.

The PTA sets out to provide "extras" for the school that statutory funds do not allow for. Examples include Xmas and leavers' presents/party, play equipment and contributions to assist the cost of school trips. Each class is also given an annual allowance, to spend as they wish. Child Rescue Nepal, formally the Esther Benjamins Trust, cares for children rescued from trafficking and slavery. It provides care and rehabilitation to children unable to return to their families and ongoing support to reunited families. Vocational & life skills training are also provided for older children.It also prevents trafficking by strengthening schools and educating communities.
