For the holding of Eisteddfod AU, music festivals and other meetings calculated in the opinion of the trustees to uphold the morality and education of the inhabitants of Rhoshirwaun village and persons living within a radius of three miles of the said hall.

Activities associated with the management of Fleet Pond nature reserve and SSSI. Active volunteer management, quarterly newsletter, guide leaflets, talks and guided walks aimed at improving awareness and protection of the nature reserves wildlife. Educational visits for local community groups and for schools and youth groups. Corporate team building management tasks for local companies.

The principal function of the association remains in charitable activities that directly or indirectly benefit the minority Chinese living in London. The association runs Chinese school classes on Sundays at Westminster College, which have benefited thousands of Chinese children as well as many of those from other ethnic background.

The Friends of Maynards Green are dedicated to fundraising for additional equipment and resources to be used in school to enhance the current curriculum and the children's educational experience. We, as a committee of parents and the school community, organise events and celebrations for the pupils and their families to raise money and to provide fun, social opportunities.

The charity has continued to support the work of the monastery at San Damiano. The charity has also funded and part funded school trips to Assisi and San Damiano.

The charity oversees the provision and upkeep of the Village Hall and associated recreational ground for the benefit of the inhabitants of the locality with an emphasis on their education and wellbeing as specified in the original trust deed.
