Our main regular activities are: Advice Work, Admin, Educational Classes for the Pakistani/Asian community in Swindon. Liaising and working with local voluntary groups/ local authorities for mutual causes within wider community within Swindon & Wiltshire.. We also focus on development for culture and arts for all ages. Helping disadvantaged children and the disabled/elderly.

All members of West Dartmoor U3A are encouraged to take part in any of our many small and varied groups. We hold regular monthly meetings for all members to attend, a speaker is usually booked and, in addition, there are social functions throughout the year.

Smart works with the homeless and people who suffer social disadvantage through the arts, creating training, jobs and commercial opportunities and more importantly, giving hope and renewing self-esteem to people whose lives have been seriously damaged. Since 2007 The Walbrook Music Trust has staged 5 major series of 37 orchestral and choral concerts & over 300 platform recitals, all at no charge, on Tuesdays at 1pm in the Church of St Stephen Walbrook London, establishing a tradition of high quality performance to audiences of up to 250. The concerts have featured The Handel Collection orchestra, a large no of choirs, organists & recitalists.

Operates a centre with a range of services for 16 user groups. These range from young people's drama and dance groups, older peoples keep fit classes and groups for disabled people. Lewisham Pensioners' Gazette Ltd., creates, prints and distributes a free quarterly newpaper for pensioners in the London Borough of Lewisham and neighbouring areas. We organise events to discuss pensioners' concerns and attend other events where these are also aired.
