We are a small area of a larger body Grand Lodge of England. We raise funds for the benefit of others, through small education grants, gifts to elderly people we are aware of and raise funds for other charitable causes and bodies. We will raise funds for 1 main charity each year and also make grants to individuals and on occasions small organisations.

The promotion, by way of research, training, consultancy, seminars and other means, of education in small groupings in which effective learning can be better encouraged and undertaken in an ambience of mutual respect.

Our income is raised from local fundraising events and from members donations. We support local charities-the elderly locally-the young locally and local people with disabilities. We also make small donations to national charities who provide speakers at our meetings. We make donations to rotary charities.

The village hall is managed by the committee for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Fordham Essex, without distinction of political, religious or other opinions. The use includes use for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

We had a varied programme of talks on The Suffragettes, a Victorian Nurse (and scurrilous gossip), SS Great Britain and Unravelling the Secrets of Forged Signatures. Christmas songs were enjoyed - along with mince pies, and we all enjoyed painting on silk. Cutnall Green Young Farmers is a youth organisation for people aged 10-28 years of age, supporting young people in agriculture and the countryside. The club have weekly meetings. Members of membership age compete in County level competiitions against other clubs. Through out the year the club will hold disco's and other fund raising events.

Satkaar operates under a service level agreement with AH & CS Warwickshire County Council and offers day care and other support services for elderly Asian ladies and ladies with mental health problems living in the South Warwickshire area in a culturally appropriate and ethically sensitive environment. Service users are referred by Warwickshire County Council. Service operates Monday to Friday.

Norfolk Park is a city park and one of the oldest in Sheffield. The Centre in the Park continues to have regular communities activities including creche, youth clubs, elderly person's lunch clubs, health walks, running club as well as routine meetings and bookings throughout the day.
