An Association of Deaf and Hearing People who support each other and promote services for Deaf People within the community. The CDA recognises the rights and needs of Deaf people. We believe and acknowledge that Deaf People are a cultural and linguistic (Sign Language users) minority group.

We are a small local charity run entirely by volunteers. Eastleigh and District Sports Association for the Disabled (EdSad) is a Charity based in Eastleigh that offers exclusive swimming sessions for the Disabled at Fleming Park Leisure Centre.For our sessions a hoist and poolside steps are available to ease access to the water. A disabled changing room with shower is also close to the pool. Swimmers can also use any swimming aids they wish.

The Sports Foundation for the Disabled aims to support physically disabled individuals and groups from South West England and Wales to access funding up to the value of ?1,000. This funding must contribute towards sporting activities, sporting equipment, or costs towards achieving a physical challenge.
