MIND THE GAP MUSIC GROUP

Mind The Gap is a Music for Mental Health charity. We run various music sessions in our community and in our local hospitals helping people to connect through music and creative expression. We offer safe spaces where our members can meet and play, sing, learn instruments and build their confidence through music. We run in Norwich and Norfolk and aim to make music accessible to all in our region.
