Gives grants to locally-based registered charities and churches supporting disadvantaged and vulnerable residents of West Yorkshire. Areas covered are social welfare, older people, young people, support and activities for those with disabilities, physical/mental health and well being, community music, arts and environment for disadvantaged communities.
