For the benefit of sick/poor residents in the Parish of Grayshott in making money grants to enable them to obtain food, medicines, medical comforts, bedding, food, medical/surgical appliances and domestic help. To pay the expenses of convalescence or of domestic help during convalescence. This is provided that no such payment of the above is made to relieve rates, taxes or other public funds.
