Twenty-Fifth Avenue provides supported accommodation for people at risk of homelessness. We offer temporary shared housing, tailored support, advice and guidance, and pathways into training, employment, and inclusion into the mainstream for the homeless. We also run a food provision programme, including our Woolwich/Birmingham Breakfast Club (food bank), operating 2 to 3 times a week.

To develop projects and to obtain resources (human and financial) for the benefit of the inhabitants of Storrington and Sullington and surrounding communities, to advance education, relieve poverty and to provide facilities, for social welfare, recreation and other leisure time occupation with the objects of improving their conditions of life.

We provide independent and confidential specialist legal advice to residents of Northamptonshire .We provide a comprehensive casework service from the beginning to the conclusion of the case, including representation at court / tribunal if necessary, in the areas of Welfare Benefits, Immigration, Debt, Fuel Poverty and Housing.

With year's of experience we know that homelessness and addiction often go hand in hand. We're one of the few places in the country to operate an alchohol and substance tolerant policy, so people who stay at Cosgarne are able to address their issues in a realistic environment whilst we help them look for more permanent accomodation or work with other agencies in addressing their addiction issues.
